Room wasn’t clean at all, it had flies, used towel inside bathroom, had to ask for soaps and other basic stuff, tv remote wasn’t working

Door lock does not have key, because it was lost, person says koi baat nahi aap jao me camera pe dekhta raghunga, on the basis of free breakfast they provide just 2 parantha i ordered 4 so they charged me for extra 2, bill is not printed everything hand written

There are alotvof hairs in bed. When i ask them to change it they said 'sir itna toh chlta hain'switch board is not working too but the food is so good at last. Unhygienic room i just 3/10

The stay was good but the room was very small and the condition of the floor in the room was very bad. First they gave me a room which was not having the key and they told me that there is no need of key, i can keep my luggage as it is. Then after requesting them, they changed the room.
